Age Grouper Swim Training

Application form & schedule (Feb-Mar 2019)

The training is a seasonal target swim training. The target of the swim training will be changed quarterly by TriHK coach according to the race season. 

Target: (1) Race Specific Intensity

             (2) Loading and Unloading Volume

Time: 18:00-19:00

Session: 2 sessions per week : Every  Wednesday and Friday (Except Public Holiday)

Venue: Wan Chai Training Pool 

Quota:  Maximum 15 pax (First come first served basis by submitted entry form and fee.)

***Participants who would like to join the Age grouper swim training need to register as a 2019 TriHK member.

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given that due to concurrence of certain unforeseen circumstances the AGM of TriHK will be postponed till the 1st Quarter of 2019. The Hong Kong Triathlon Association will announce the date of our AGM in due course.

In the meantime, the executive committee of TriHK has agreed to extend expiring committee member’s terms of service until the AGM when new members of the committee will be elected.

The benchmarking will be conducted on 5 & 6 Jan 2019 for testing Swimming and Running separately, the information of the trial as below:

        19/3/2019 (7:30pm)

Venue: Hong Kong Sports Institute, 25 Yuen Wo Road, Sha Tin, N.T., Hong Kong

Registration Fee: HK$200

Registration Method: Deposit or transfer the prescribed amount into the Hong Kong Bank saving account of TriHK (No: 502- 118375-838) or make out a cross cheque for the prescribed amount payable to the “Hong Kong Triathlon Association Limited”.
